Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln County is part of a global nonprofit housing organization that builds strength, stability, and self-reliance in partnership with families needing decent and affordable housing. Habitat homeowners help build their homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. We also provide home repairs for low-income families, focusing on safety, accessibility, and preservation. Clients pay a portion of material costs, with a sliding scale based on income.

We engage with volunteers and secure donated or discounted materials and services whenever possible. This helps us keep costs low and maximize the benefit of donor support.

HFHLC's ReStores offer low-cost building materials, furniture, and appliances, providing much-needed program revenue and diverting usable and recyclable materials from our local landfill.
